Qualifications

• Must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant license/certification per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies.
