Job summary

HMR Veterans Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Alabama. You will deliver routine nursing care, assist with activities of daily living, and support residents' overall well-being in a respectful, veteran-centered environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, reporting changes to nursing leadership, and maintaining a safe, clean environment while adhering to individualized care plans and facility policies.

Qualifications

CNA license required and current per state regulations.
Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to dignified and respectful Veteran care.

Responsibilities

Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents.
Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing leadership.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment; follow care plans and policies.
