The Bluefields is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing hands-on care to residents. The CNA will support daily living activities, monitor health conditions, and promote residents' dignity and independence in a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care preferred.
• Active CNA certification in good standing; CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team; assist with basic healthcare tasks.
• Foster resident engagement and companionship to support social well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment; respond to emergencies as needed.
