Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
• Reliable, responsible attitude with a compassionate approach.
• Commitment to quality in all tasks and duties.
• Current CNA certification and state eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health conditions and ensure quality services for residents.
• Provide assistance with daily living and personal care.
• Help maintain safe, quality supports for individuals served.
• Initiate emergency procedures when needed.
• Use equipment correctly and safely.
• Report hazardous conditions, accidents, or incidents to supervisor.
• Maintain progress notes and other documentation.
• Assist with resident activity programs and off-site appointments.
• Assist with household activities and keep residence tidy.
• Prepare rooms for admissions and discharge; obtain supplies as needed.
• Attend and participate in team meetings and training.
