Job summary

CommonSpirit Health in Centennial, CO seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct and indirect nursing care under a Registered Nurse, following policy and patient-centered practices.

As part of the Enterprise Resource Pool, you may float between units and facilities, with opportunities for flexible schedules and access to base rate differentials and eligible shifts. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Graduate of an approved Nursing Assistant program.
• Current state CNA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision.
• Document vital signs, input/output, and care performed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and patient needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient charts and records.
• Assist with delegated nursing tasks under supervision.
• Deliver person-centered care in collaboration with the team.

Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D.

BLS through the American Heart Association

Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program

State registered CNA license
