Job summary

Logan Health Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its Float Pool in a PRN capacity. The role focuses on compassionate, hands-on patient care across multiple inpatient areas in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will support the care team with daily care needs, monitor vital signs, assist with ADLs, and document changes while maintaining patient safety and comfort. Opportunities include differential pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current Montana CNA certificate.
• Current CPR certification as applicable to assigned area.
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care, including hygiene, mobility, comfort, and safety.
• Obtain and report vital signs.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Document care accurately and report changes in condition.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment.
