Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to travel between facilities and deliver direct resident care with dignity and respect. You will interact with residents and associates as part of a dedicated team.

This float role requires travel within a designated Benedictine region as needed, providing care and reporting changes to the supervising RN or LPN. Strong communication in English is essential and BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

As a CNA-NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.

• Must have good communication skills
