Job summary

Civita Care Center in Granby, CT is hiring full-time and part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. The role offers hourly pay of $20.40 with shift differentials on evenings, overnights, and weekends, plus weekly pay.

New graduates are welcome, and CT CNA licensure is required or in process. You will provide daily nursing care, follow established care plans, document accurately, assist residents, and participate in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Connecticut or be in the process of obtaining one.

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Follow resident care plans and document promptly.
• Observe changes in resident conditions and report them.
• Assist with personal grooming and ensure safety.
• Respond to call lights and keep care areas orderly.
