Job summary

Tamarac Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Tamarac, FL, seeks dedicated CNAs to join a compassionate care team. Flexible opportunities are available with on-the-spot interviews for qualified candidates.

Walk-in interviews are held Tuesday–Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM; bring your CNA license, driver’s license, Social Security card, and CPR certification. New management emphasizes staff growth and a supportive, resident-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents in the facility and observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
