Complete Care at Kresson View is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team across multiple shifts in New Jersey. You’ll assist residents with daily living activities, maintain a safe environment, and communicate changes to the nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (AHA preferred).

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Complete accurate documentation and resident records.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and emotional well-being.
• Follow state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses and caregivers to deliver quality care.
