Job summary

Freedom Village at Brandywine is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time CNAs to join the skilled nursing team. Shifts include 6:30 AM-3:00 PM, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM, and 10:00 PM-6:30 AM, with a starting pay of $18/hr plus $4/hr Weekday Evening/Night differential and $6/hr weekend differential. Sign-on bonus of $500 for full-time evening shift is offered.

Qualifications

• State-approved geriatric nursing assistant training is required.
• CPR and First Aid knowledge are important.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, and mobility.
• Provide daily care and monitor residents’ well-being.
• Document observations and report findings.
• Respond to signal lights and assist with transfers.
• Maintain clean and orderly rooms and environments.
