Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily care.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and hydration.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition.
• Document care in medical records and communicate with nursing staff.
• Escort patients to examinations and treatments; support care planning meetings.
