Complete Care at Madison is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide hands‑on care that supports residents’ comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. NEW WAGES! $21–$27 PER HOUR.

Flexible full‑time, part‑time, and per diem options are available, with daily pay and a supportive team environment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active and unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Keep resident living areas clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies, toiletries, linens, and equipment.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Encourage social interaction and emotional well‑being.
• Follow all state, local, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
