Reunion Plaza Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Tyler, TX is hiring Certified Nurse Aides for day and night shifts. You will provide compassionate, direct resident care and support, including ADLs, safety, and daily living activities to promote independence and dignity, within a nurturing team.

Qualified candidates hold a Texas Nurse Aide certification, a GED/high school diploma, and English communication ability. Join our dedicated care team committed to resident wellbeing and recovery.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must have current Nurse Aide certification in Texas and be in good standing with the State of Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in order to promote resident independence and dignity.
• To assure resident safety.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of any residents assigned.
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse.
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required.
• Answer call lights in a timely manner.
• Assist or feed residents.
• Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care.
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents.
• Other duties as assigned
