Flagstar Nursing connects Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) with opportunities in skilled nursing facilities. We prioritize quick interviews and efficient remote onboarding to help you start confidently and quickly. Formación

• Currently holds an active state issued CNA certificate.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.
• Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, and transporting in accordance with nursing supervision, the written Plan of Care, and the given facility standards.
• Ensure patients receive essential social and emotional support and provide vital information of patient condition to nurses.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Reliable transportation to worksite location.
• Alternate weekend availability.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic patient care under supervision.
• Assist with hygiene, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Support patients socially and emotionally.
• Communicate patient needs to nurses and document appropriately.
