PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington in Texas is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or LVN. Responsibilities include basic patient care activities, comfort measures, and ensuring safety according to hospital policies.

The role does not include medication administration; flexibility and adherence to standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) where required by state. Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience: None required. A minimum of two to three years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse.
• Perform patient care activities within hospital policies and guidelines; does not administer medications or therapy.
