Bethel Pointe Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated CNA for full-time evening shifts in Indiana. You will assist residents with daily care, feeding, and mobility, while upholding safety and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or working under a student permit.
• Must be ISDH-certified as a CNA in good standing in Indiana.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, Word) are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, skin and grooming needs.
• Feed residents, provide bedside water, snacks, and assist with dining transfers.
• Respond to call lights promptly per facility policy.
• Maintain resident rooms and organize personal belongings.
• Observe changes in appetite, skin, or behavior and report as required.
• Provide emotional support and encourage independence in daily living.
• Protect resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Document vitals and care in medical records per policy.
• Follow safety, infection control, and cleanliness standards.
