Job summary

Benefis Senior Services in Great Falls, MT seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide bedside care under the supervision of an RN. This LT Care role requires completion of an approved CNA program and Montana certification, with BLS, and a commitment to compassionate patient support in a busy environment.

Full-time positions are 0.8-1.0 FTE with alternating weekends/holidays and eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $1,500.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Current CNA certification in State of Montana for Long Term Care Facilities.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as assigned by the Registered Nurse supervising this unlicensed team member.
• Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and to be accurate in a dynamic environment.
• Follow and adhere to all facility policies, licensing requirements, and procedures.
