Qualifications

Have a heart for enriching seniors’ lives and helping others
Are compassionate and trustworthy
Have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and current car insurance
Meet the physical requirements of the job
Have positive references and pass a pre-employment background check (including national criminal) and pre-employment drug screening
Current TB test or Chest x-ray

Responsibilities

Following Client Care Plans
Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
Personal Care, including transfer assistance
Companion Care, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, and Medication Reminders
Transportation
Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
