Job summary

As a CNA, you will assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, vital signs, and meals; document care accurately and on time; and report changes to the supervising nurse.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia CNA certification in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• At least 6 months CNA experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home care.
• Ability to lift and transfer up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs, intake, and output.
• Reposition, transfer, and ambulate patients safely.
• Help with meals and feeding, and track nutrition.
• Observe and report changes in condition to supervising nurse.
• Keep rooms clean, safe, and stocked.
• Document care accurately and on time.
