Job summary

Right at Home is hiring compassionate CNAs and PCAs for one-on-one in-home care. You will support clients in their homes with personal care, mobility assistance, and daily living activities while following individual care plans. Flexible scheduling and local scheduling support help balance work and life.

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA credentials required or preferred.
• Personal care and activities of daily living experience.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication.
• Respect for client dignity, privacy and home.
• Ability to follow a care plan and report changes or concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, hygiene, toileting.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility as needed.
• Prepare meals, provide companionship, and light housekeeping.
• Transport and accompany clients to errands and appointments.
• Offer medication reminders and routine health monitoring as trained.
• Support hospice or end-of-life care when appropriate and trained.

What You'll Do

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care
• Ambulation, positioning, transfers, gait belt and Hoyer lift assistance when appropriate
• Meal preparation, companionship, social engagement, and light housekeeping
• Transportation/accompaniment to errands and medical appointments
• Medication reminders and prescribed range-of-motion assistance
• Blood glucose monitoring assistance, Foley care, bed-bound care, and hospice supportive care when trained and appropriate
• Follow the care plan and report changes, concerns, or safety issues

What We're Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable, respectful, patient, and professional caregivers
• CNA or PCA qualifications/credentials as required
• Personal care and activities-of-daily-living experience
• Reliable attendance and clear communication
• Respect for client dignity, privacy, preferences, and home
• Ability to follow a care plan and report changes or concerns
• Experience with Hoyer lifts, transfers, Foley care, hospice/bed-bound care, companionship, meal preparation, or light housekeeping is valuable
