Qualifikationen

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing (Virginia)
• 1–2 years of professional caregiving or clinical experience
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality personal care services to clients as per care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervising nurse or care team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients
• Follow state regulations, company policies, and infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
