Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities: personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving, meal preparation, and errands or medical appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping and bed‑bound care.
• Assist with prescribed range‑of‑motion exercises and blood glucose monitoring.
• Provide hospice‑supportive care and medication reminders.
• Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
