Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sussex in Milford, Delaware, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practitioner. The CNA does not administer medications and follows hospital policies and procedures.

Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification as required by state; and current BLS certification. Experience is not required, but 2–3 years in acute rehab settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required by state where hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care activities under supervision of a Registered or LVN/LPN.
• Does not administer medications or provide independent patient care.
• Adheres to PAM Health policies, procedures and guidelines.
