Job summary

College Pines Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily routine care and support to residents in a compassionate, safe environment.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a calm atmosphere while delivering respectful, person-centered care. Training and growth opportunities are available within a team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Requires valid CNA certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily routine nursing care and services per residents’ assessment and care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, feeding.
• Monitor vital signs and report concerns to nurse.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
