As a direct care role, CNAs work under licensed staff to support residents physically, socially and emotionally. The Montessori-inspired Living community emphasizes dignity, respect, and teamwork in daily care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and meet all certification requirements.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Experience or training in caregiving for elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment for residents.
