Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Nursing Assistant for Ridgecrest Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Duffield, VA. You will provide compassionate direct care, support residents’ daily needs, and follow established care plans in a SNF setting.

Starting wage is $17.00/hour for new grads with full-time, part-time and PRN options. Benefits, PTO and growth opportunities are offered by the facility, under the Saber network.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Nursing Assistant certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED, or active enrollment in a program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care per care plans and supervisor direction.
• Attend to residents' physical needs and comfort in a SNF setting.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and procedures.
• Document care and communicate effectively with team.
