Job summary

Watertown Health Care Center in Watertown, WI seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care with dignity and compassion. You will support residents’ daily needs, uphold rights, and help create a respectful, comforting environment for families and staff alike.

As part of the care team, you will follow individualized care plans, monitor residents, report changes promptly, and assist with grooming, mobility, and daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and state-approved CNA course completion.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification in the practicing state.
• Good organizational and time management skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care that respects residents' rights and dignity.
• Maintain residents' comfort, privacy and dignity during services.
• Report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff promptly.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, feeding, incontinent care and transferring.
• Observe residents and document care as required.
