Health Dimensions Group, Inc is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, hands-on care in our Assisted Living community. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor safety, and support individualized care plans.

The role requires an active CNA certification with CPR/First Aid preferred. You’ll work with a dedicated team focused on quality, hospitality, and respectful care for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide person-centered, timely care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, compassionate care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and ambulation.
• Maintain resident safety and respond promptly to call lights and needs.
• Support residents’ independence per individual care plans.
• Measure and document vital signs, intake/output, weights, and health data.
• Observe changes and report to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with rehabilitative activities as directed by the care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietary staff, therapists, and leadership.
• Attend in-services and team meetings to stay current on policies.
