Qualifications

• Current physical exam (within the last 12 months) required.
• Current TB test results (within the last 12 months) required.
• At least 1 year of CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Help with mobility and transfers.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
