Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for weekend shifts in New York. The role requires NYS CNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of prior caregiving experience.

You will assist residents with mobility, hygiene, meals, and daily activities while documenting care and reporting changes to the nurse. The position offers opportunities for growth, a strong benefits package, and a supportive team in a single site location.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate OR Equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year prior experience.
• Must have NYS Certification as a Nurse’s Aide.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ambulation, transfers, mobility and bed care.
• Assist with feeding and nourishment, provide water and nourishment.
• Keep residents clean and dry; change linens and maintain bedding.
• Provide bed baths, hair and oral hygiene; assist with dressing.
• Observe health status, report changes to Charge Nurse.
• Prepare basic care equipment and assist with rehabilitation activities.
• Record intake/output and monitor vital signs as directed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies and procedures.
