Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Illinois CNA certificate or completion from an IL CNA program.
• Prior CNA experience is preferable but we’re willing to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and daily care.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the clinical team.
• Maintain a safe environment and contribute to resident education and comfort.
