Riverside Lifelong Health and Rehabilitation Saluda in Virginia is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time evenings and days. The role involves direct resident care, promoting hygiene, safety, and dignity, while adhering to facility policies and documentation in the EMR.

The CNA will support residents to maintain or improve functional status, follow infection control practices, and participate in care planning under supervision, with a sign-on bonus up to $2,000 for eligible

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited Nursing Assistant/Aid required within 120 days of program completion.
• CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• C.NA license in the state of VA or compact required or board eligible.

Responsabilités

• Assists with hygiene, appearance, safety and nutritional needs of residents.
• Provides resident care and services to maintain or improve resident functional status.
• Documents accurately in EMR residents' ADL care, personal hygiene, bowel and bladder habits, and behaviors.
• Follows universal precautions and infection control standards of practice.
