Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time evening to night shifts (3pm-11pm / 11pm-7am) in Tennessee. The role supports patients in daily activities, works with a licensed nurse, and focuses on compassionate care and quality service for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.

Responsibilities

• The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works with a Licensed/Registered Nurse to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and improve patients'/residents' quality of life.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality service to patients/residents and their families in a caring atmosphere that respects individual needs and rights.
