Qualifications

• Current CNA certification issued by the State of California is required.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is a plus.
• CPR (BLS) and First Aid certification is required.
• Background clearance, TB screening and health examination completion are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ambulatory training and mobility support.
• Participate in the feeding program with structured techniques.
• Engage in the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) program.
• Review care plans to ensure restorative nursing care.
• Observe and report pressure areas, skin issues and injuries.
• Record entries in flow sheets and monitor vital signs.
