Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year prior experience.
• Must have NYS CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ambulation and transfers to bed, chair, or stretcher.
• Assist or feed residents as indicated, provide water and nourishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and dignity of residents; change linens.
• Observe resident condition and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Follow policies, attend in-service classes, and protect resident confidentiality.
