Job summary

Jacksonville Nursing & Rehab Center in Florida is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our growth-focused team. We provide a supportive, respectful work environment with leadership that nurtures your development and recognizes your contributions.

As a CNA, you will record vital signs, monitor patient wellbeing, remind residents to take medications and supplements, and collaborate with care teams. Weekend availability and a valid CNA license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Nursing Assistant Program.
• Clear and active CNA licensure in the state of practice.
• Must have transportation experience.
• Must submit information for an MVR check.
• Must be able to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recording vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, as requested by staff.
• Reminding patients to take medications and other nutritional supplements as needed.
