Job summary

Onyx Health Consulting is seeking a compassionate CNA Driver to support Rainbow Homes in Florida. You will provide CNA care during transport, assist residents boarding and disembarking, and help ensure safe, comfortable trips to medical appointments and daily activities.

Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness, support the care team as needed, and comply with the Florida AHCA Level 2 requirements. A valid CNA certification and driving record are required; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification
• Clean driving record with a valid driver's license
• CPR certification is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to resident care

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and social outings
• Assist residents with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Provide essential CNA care during transport and within the facility as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the transport vehicle
