Job summary

The Cascades Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated CNA Driver to join our compassionate team. As a CNA Driver you will transport residents to medical appointments and social activities, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the journey.

You will provide basic CNA care during transport and onsite, assist residents with boarding, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and uphold our resident-first care standards. CPR is preferred and a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification.
• Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and social outings.
• Assist residents with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Provide essential CNA care during transport and within the facility as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the transport vehicle.
