Job summary

Intersect Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Driver-Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the Transportation department to safely operate the company shuttle, van, or other vehicle for assigned communities, and to provide CNA care if medical needs arise during transport.

The role emphasizes safe resident transfer, proper securing of wheelchairs, timely reporting, and maintenance of vehicle records. Candidates must have a CNA, CPR, Chauffer’s License and a valid state driver’s license, and be at least 21

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nurse Aide Certification required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Chauffer’s License and valid state driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe transportation for assigned communities.
• Assists residents entering and exiting vehicle.
• Secures wheelchairs and stabilizes them during trips.
• Keeps vehicle clean and in good operating condition.
• Maintains trip records and reports resident medical issues promptly.
