Job summary

Seaside Health & Rehab Center in Daytona Beach, FL is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA-Driver) to join our team. This role combines traditional CNA duties with transporting residents to off-site appointments.

You'll provide resident care on the floor when not transporting, assist with appointment setup, and maintain documentation following facility protocols. A valid Florida CNA license and a clean driving record are required, with night and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Florida CNA license.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments.
• Assist with appointment setup and escort residents as needed.
• Provide resident care and support on the floor when not transporting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols.
