Job summary

A healthcare provider in Union City is seeking Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to work hands-on with senior adults and developmentally disabled individuals. Candidates will provide care assistance, promote skill development through activities, and ensure positive interactions with clients. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, CPR certification, and a TB test. Part-time position with a pay rate of $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/ GED required.
• Current CPR/ First Aide certification needed.
• Current PPD (TB test)/ Chest x-ray required every two years.
• Experience with senior adults or disabled individuals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide toileting care.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Assist with feeding.
• Schedule activities and community outings.
• Daily charting of care and activities.
• Complete other assigned duties.
• Work effectively in a team.

Education

High school diploma/ GED

Current CPR/ First Aide

Current PPD (TB test)/ Chest x-ray (every two years)

Experience in working with senior adults or the disabled population
