Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; license must remain in good standing.
• CPR certification by hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting).
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
