Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality direct care to tenants across our Minnesota facilities. This role supports activities of daily living under supervision of licensed staff within the care plan.

The CNA will work within an interdisciplinary team to promote independence, safety, and residents' well-being, with full-time, part-time, and on-call options and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and part-time hires.

Qualifications

• Current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide tenants with direct routine care in activities of daily living under supervision.
• Follow the Plan of Care and MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote tenant well-being.
