• First Aid - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/AHA ARC within 30 Days (Required)
• Less than 1 year prior Nurse Aide work experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Allows resident choices within limits of capability considering safety /dignity issues and follows policies and procedures of facility to include resident privacy and dignity.
• Assists with ensuring hygiene, appearance, safety and nutritional needs of residents are met. Provides resident care and services to maintain or improve resident functional status to highest practical ability.
• Documents accurately in EMR resident's ADL care, personal hygiene, bowel and bladder habits, and behaviors.
• Follows universal precautions, proper infection control, sanitation and safety standards of practice in all work and activities.
