Job summary

Azria Health Longview seeks a dedicated CNA to join our daytime team. You will provide direct resident care per individualized plans and participate in care assessments and restorative programs. Shift: Day 6a-6p

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide direct care according to the individualized resident treatment plan.
• Participate in resident care assessments and restorative nursing programs.
• Maintain current certification by attending & participating in training and educational classes.
• Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion

Required Education:

• High school or equivalent
• Required license or certification:
• Current Certification in the state of Iowa
