Oak Valley Hospital District in Oakdale, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for its Care Center. Under RN/LVN supervision, you will provide basic nursing care to acutely ill through rehabilitating patients, aligned with care plans, and support patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active State of California Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under the direction of a Registered or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Follow patient care plans and document progress as directed.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Monitor patient status and report changes to the nurse on duty.
