Job summary

Rest Haven in York, PA is hiring CNAs for full-time 7am–3pm or 7am–7pm shifts, and part-time 2–3 days per week with alternating weekends/holidays. Positions involve assisting residents with daily care, mobility, meals, and hygiene while following individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include reporting changes, maintaining clean rooms, and supporting patients with compassion and confidentiality. Prior experience and PA CNA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing.
• Previous hospital or nursing home experience preferred.
• Patience, compassion and responsibility when caring for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Follow the care plan and document changes for each resident.
• Assist residents with bed mobility, personal hygiene, and feeding.
• Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and laundry as needed.
• Transport residents to meals, activities, and therapies.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow safety procedures.
