Job summary

Insight Institute of Neuroscience & Neurosurgery (IINN) in Warren, MI is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a day-shift role. Shifts run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Mondays and Fridays, with 12-hour coverage.

Under the supervision of our Nursing Manager and RNs, the CNA provides direct patient care and helps support the medical team. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, and a cooperative, team‑oriented spirit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to achieve BLS certification within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to relate and work effectively with others; works well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Provides basic care to patients while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
• Monitors and records vital signs as part of daily care.
• Answers and coordinates patient questions.
• Supports staff through clerical and receptionist duties as needed.
• Builds a relaxing and comfortable environment for patient.
