The primary purpose is to provide direct nursing care to residents according to established policies and procedures and to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a nursing assistant by the Department of Health within four months of hire.
• Previous nursing facility experience preferred.
• Newly certified CNAs are welcome to apply.
